Vision Statement
In 2026, The Garden commits to SEEK FIRST! putting Jesus first in every decision, every ministry, and every step we take. As we prepare our hearts, we believe Jesus will transform our lives. He will expand our impact, reach deeper into our community, strengthen our discipleship, and advance God’s kingdom in ways we have never seen before.
Preparation means setting our hearts, habits, and house in alignment with the Kingdom so God can move freely among us. Joshua 3:5 — “Sanctify yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do wonders among you.”
- Re-establishing spiritual disciplines (prayer, fasting, Bible study, worship)
- Strengthening ministry systems and leadership structures
- Training and equipping volunteers
- Bringing clarity to our priorities
- Making room for what God is calling us to build and become
Transformation is the spiritual and emotional renewal that happens when Jesus is placed first. It is the inward work of grace that makes us more like Him. Romans 12:2 — “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind…”
- Renewed minds and revived spirits
- Healing, restoration, and spiritual breakthrough
- Growth in discipleship and character
- Families strengthened and relationships restored
- Becoming a community that reflects the heart of Jesus
Expansion is the outward expression of a people who seek Him first. It is the multiplied influence, reach, and impact that flows from a church aligned with Jesus! Not only in evangelism, but in stewardship, faithfulness, and bold steps toward major Kingdom initiatives. Acts 6:7 — “Then the word of God spread, and the number of disciples multiplied…”

- Growing our church’s reach through deeper community engagement
- Advancing major projects and initiatives that position The Garden for future growth
- Strengthening stewardship and a culture of generosity to support longterm vision
- Building systems, structures, and spaces that sustain expanding ministry
